Meet Our Team

About Us

At Sniff and Go, we believe that being a truly great dog-walking and pet-sitting service is all about making owners happy and pets even happier. We insist that there’s no limit to the peace-of-mind that a pet service can provide for its clients, and so, since 2012, we’ve partnered with an innovative method for tracking the entirety of our visit, keeping you informed on everything from the walking route we traveled with your pet, their bathroom activity, and even photos and notes about how the visit went.

Since opening our doors in April of 2009, our staff has been constantly committed to providing a matchless experience for pet owners in San Francisco. We recognize that leaving your beloved pet with a stranger can seem daunting, so we utilize an in-depth and strenuous hiring process to ensure that each and every member of our staff is of the utmost skill, trustworthiness, and character. Because our mobile technology provides total information and accountability for all our employees, each member of the staff carries with them the guidance and expertise of the business owners themselves. Every member of our staff is also bonded, insured and legally connected to us as an employee— not a contractor. This means that we’re accountable for the entirety of our business, and we take that responsibility very seriously. We know how special your pet is to you, and so we make each and every pet special to us.

Our clients love Sniff and Go because of our commitment to excellent communication (no more sending emails into the unknown, wondering if you’ll ever get a response!) as well as our dedication to understanding their pets’ unique needs. No two dogs or cats are the same, and before we even begin working with your pet we ensure that we know all there is to know about their health, diet, exercise and emotional needs. You’ll receive a report at the end of each visit detailing where we walked, your pet’s bathroom trips, and any significant developments that took place during our time with your pet.

Here at Sniff and Go, we love your pets (almost!) as much as you do, and we look forward to ensuring that you return to find them safe, healthy, and as happy as can be. Reach out to us today and let Sniff and Go become your best friend’s second-best friend!

Our Amazing Team

Paul

Paul

Hi there! Thanks for stopping by and taking a moment to get to know our crew here at Sniff and Go. My name is Paul and I have been able to call Professional Pet Care my passion since 2010. Being a San Francisco native, I am able to easily navigate our doggo friends throughout all the well known (and not so well known:)) sniffs of The City. When it comes to our feline friends, there’s nothing better than the purrs and play time that comes from kitties that know they can trust our care. I look forward to meeting you!

Jia Ling

Jia Ling

Jia Ling (often called Jia) was born and raised in San Francisco. She attended the University of California, Santa Cruz where she majored in Environmental Studies.

Although she has only had small animals like fishes, hamsters and a rabbit, she has loved animals all her life and loves all of Sniff and Go’s furry friends as if they were her own.

On her free time, she likes to read online articles on various topics, watch animations, create spreadsheets on Excel and draw when she feels inspired to.

Jon

Jon

My name’s Jon and I love working for Sniff and Go. I love walking, animals and being outside so it’s the perfect job for me. My favorite part about the job is when you first open the door to a house with a dog/dogs that you have really developed a trusting relationship with and the dog is super excited to see you. It always puts me in a better mood and state of mind, even if I’m already in a terrific mood.

When I’m not working I like being outdoors, reading, meditating, socializing, spending time with friends and family and my own cats, listening to music, laughing and learning.

Ensley

Ensley

Hi! My name is Ensley. Most of my family and friends affectionately call me, “Enz” or “Enzy.”

It was obvious right from the start that I was an animal lover. I loved cuddling my first kitties (Sun Bear and Siddy/Siddhartha Kitty) at nap time as a baby, and playing with my black standard poodle (Pony), and my bunnies (Plum and Eddie) whom I had proudly named as a toddler. I also loved riding my appaloosa (Topper) and vaulting on our horse (Misty) at camp as a child. And now I love hanging out and snuggling with my current pets – my dog Buddy and my cat Miss Kitty – and all the sweeties I’ve had in between.

I am truly grateful for the opportunity to step back from the mainstream and get to spend my days walking and loving your fur babies. There’s nothing better than being greeted with the excitement and unconditional love that our furry friends innately have.

I look forward to meeting you and your paw pals soon!

Thank you!

Stephanie

Stephanie

My name is Stephanie. I’m a photography major hoping to have a minor in film making. I’ve grown up with dogs and cats my whole life. I had two hamsters and a rabbit once, which were a cool experience to take care of.

I enjoy being around animals because they level me out in a way people cannot. I feel happy to be able to take care of them and be someone they get excited to see. It makes me feel really good when they start recognizing me. There’s never been a day when I’m not liking my job. The animals are what make it amazing.

When I’m not working I’m usually doing some art, hanging out with a friend, or laying with my kitty. One thing some people don’t know about me is that I used to be a competitive cheerleader and hip hop dancer for about 10 years. I competed against the world in 2011 and 2012. We were in the top 10 in the world and top 3 in the U.S. It was really exciting!

Gina

Gina

Growing up back in Los Angeles I had always been around animals, from owning my first Guinea pigs to my current Husky and Multipoo! I used to volunteer at a shelter and loved getting to know all their different types of personalities and having them become super trusting of you. When I moved to the Bay I was lucky enough to find Sniff and Go and continue to work animals, specifically with your pets when I’m not studying, or geeking over films! I hope to meet you both soon!

McKenna

McKenna

Hey there! My name is McKenna! I absolutely love animals and I get so much joy from taking care of them. There is so much satisfaction is caring for and raising animals of all different types! The best part for me is the unconditional love an animal gives back to me. In my spare time I enjoy playing video games on my xbox, watching some anime and taking pictures of the wild life in San Francisco. Something that people may not know about me when they first meet me is that I am the ultimate Harry Potter fan. I love the books, movies and video games. I could never get enough of them.

Sean F.

Sean F.

i there, I’m Sean! I just moved from NYC (where I attended university) and am continuing the rest of my Political Science program here in the Bay Area.

Being around dogs and other animals, we experience joy and happiness from genuine, whole-hearted creatures. Whenever I felt sad, my dog was always there to snuggle with! When I’m not working, I’m mostly completing coursework for my major or exploring parks, lakes, and natural sights around the region.

Most people don’t know that I really love nature and flowers, especially roses! I have also been trained in handling military working dogs, who are the fiercest yet sweetest angels ever!
