Please request any service updates by 10:00 AM the Monday to Friday business day prior to your scheduled service.
+$15 for requests made after 10:00 AM, for next-day service updates (billed as “Next Day”)
+$25 for same-day requests (billed as “Same Day”)

Pet Taxi Cancellations vary, please view your Service Agreement (Menu > My Account > View Service Agreement)

Membership Plans:
– Rates do not go up when there are more than 20 open walking days in a month
– Rates do not go down for client requested cancellation
– Accounts are credited for Business Requested Cancellations/Modifications
– Yearly avg. of monthly open walking days = 20.58
– Rates determined by the average of monthly open walking days per year (vs per month)
– Includes 14 observed holidays
