The Neighborhood
Potrero Hill is one of those neighborhoods that locals know is special and visitors haven't quite figured out yet. Connecticut Street and De Haro Street are classic Potrero, sunny, residential, and with those ridiculous downtown and Bay Bridge views that never stop being amazing. 18th Street ties it all together with a low-key neighborhood energy that feels authentically San Francisco. McKinley Square and Jackson Playground are neighborhood staples, and the whole hill has this warm, tight-knit community vibe that you just don't find everywhere.
Our walkers are right at home up here. Potrero gets more sun than almost anywhere else in the city, the streets are quieter than you'd expect, and the views make every single walk genuinely great. We know the best blocks, we keep off the busy streets, and we handle all the building access during onboarding so everything is dialed in before your first walk.
Walking a Sunny Ridge Full of Stairs
Potrero's residential streets climb hard in places. We pick the gentler blocks for senior dogs and the steeper grades for dogs who can handle them, all within a short walk of your front door.
Potrero Hill is one of the warmest neighborhoods in San Francisco. We time walks for the cooler windows and watch for paw pad heat on sunny afternoons.
Sunny single-family homes on top of the hill, converted warehouse condos in the lower flats. We set up access for both during onboarding.
