The Neighborhood
West Portal is one of San Francisco's most charming and underrated neighborhoods, and we absolutely love walking out here. West Portal Avenue is the sweetest little main street in the city, quiet, neighborhood-y, and full of local character. Forest Hill spreads out above with gorgeous, winding residential streets and beautiful homes that make every walk feel like a leisurely Sunday stroll. Portola Drive and Junipero Serra Boulevard connect the area with ease, Dewey Circle is a lovely little landmark, and Laguna Honda and the reservoir sit just nearby giving the whole neighborhood a calm, almost serene quality.
Our walkers know West Portal well and love the pace of it. The Forest Hill Muni station is a neighborhood icon, and the streets around it are some of the most peaceful we work on. We keep to the residential blocks, away from the busier roads, and handle all the access details during onboarding so your walker is ready to go from day one.
How We Walk West Portal
Forest Hill is made for walking, quiet, winding, and full of beautiful homes. Our walkers know every turn and build routes that flow naturally with the terrain.
Portola Drive and Junipero Serra are the main thoroughfares, but they're not walking streets. We stay on the quiet residential blocks tucked off them.
Most of West Portal and Forest Hill is single family homes with driveways, side gates, or lockboxes. Every access detail is set up during onboarding.
